It all started when I was bored of day to day life because my young had all grown up and left home. If it was not for the fact that it was a full time job, I would have gone back to it. Courses in personal training was the next advert that was shown to me. I paid a visit to my local gym, enjoyed it so much that I decided to become a personal tutor. Bit by bit, my clothes size soon went down to what it used to be. When the pounds dropped off, my ambition levels also increased.

Size is not really an issue if you want to become a personal trainer. You just have to know how to motivate and the get-up-and-go vibes must be flowing off you. Every month there was a class happening, just 30 miles away from my home town. I signed on the dotted line and within minutes of the course starting, I was overcome with happiness as I knew I had done the correct thing. I also passed with flying colors. For those that say age, is a hindrance, they were wrong when it come to this course. I was raring to go one step further and started looking for a place where I could set up a company. If you have ever thought about this vocation, then stop thinking and just do it.
